Elizma Lambert ND, aka “The OAT Whisperer” presented a whole day workshop on interpreting organic acids to around 150 parents of autistic children in Poland.  We discussed how the markers in the OAT relate to autism, how they relate to each other, and also what other tests may want to be considered depending on the findings.  But most importantly what you would do if you find abnormal levels of each of the parameters.

The OAT is relevant to many conditions including autism, and provides indications of energy metabolism efficiency, inflammatory processes, detoxification pathways, gut dysbiosis, mood, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and lots more.

Even though it was more at the level of practitioners, these parents were more than willing to learn.
