‘Be careful what you test for as you may just have to interpret it’.

We interpret many different kinds of tests, but it’s our ability to see patterns and look for ratio’s, and connecting them all together that helps you make sense of your health and your symptoms.

There is a huge difference in ‘reading’ a test result and ‘interpreting’ it.  You may choose to read the supplementation recommendations at the end of a test result and just follow that, but it often means a lot of supplements.

I have found in my practice that much less supplementation is required to get the desired results and improve health in the long term.  You save yourself a lot of time and money by getting an expert interpretation on test results.
