If you have been to multiple practitioners without much success or been put in the ‘too-hard’ basket, then don’t waste any more time.

Nutritional Services with Rebecca

Rebecca is the go-to person when it comes to formulating complicated dietary plans and finding recipes for complex cases where multiple food sensitivities become a challenge.

If you find that you are struggling for food ideas, or what to eat and what not, or even if you just need to make sure that all your nutritional needs are met on restricted diets, she is the person you need to talk to.

What Can I Expect Once I’ve Booked An Appointment?

You will receive an intake form in your email inbox (please check your spam) that contains the paperwork that needs to be completed before your scheduled appointment.

In this intake form you will have to complete:

  • General information and symptoms
  • Signed Disclaimer form
It is very important that both of these are completed.

If you have an extensive health history and you feel that the intake form is not giving you a good opportunity to share this with me, I’m happy for you to write a narrative or email me your story if you already have it on file.  Just complete and sign the disclaimer form, fill in your general contact details on the intake form, and leave the rest blank. If I do not receive both your general information AND disclaimer form before your scheduled appointment, I will have to cancel the appointment.  You will have one opportunity to reschedule.  No refunds will be given.

If you cannot find a suitable time to book due to time zone differences or conflicting work schedules, please contact [email protected] with information on your location and times that could work for you, and we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.
