What was the main reason for seeing me?    

I could never loose weight, always bloated, allergy reaction to a few foods and also have had a few surgeries and needed to get back my health. I also have a fatty liver and high cholesterol and I couldn’t get them under control. Also menopause was just terrible.

What was your experience like? Did you feel that your issues were addressed and that you were listened to?  

My experience was very pleasurable as all my issues were addressed. I felt so comfortable talking with Elizma about my problems she seemed to to listen so attentively. She listened to everything I said even if it sounded silly but she was so patient. D

Great experience, Elizma listened to my problems and we are continuing to communicate where I update Elizma usually about once a month and if needed adjustments are made.

My health is so much better, I can sleep through the night apart from the usual once a night loo trip. My joints have improved and I have been able to return to my work which is very physical.
